Planning Applications
We have vast experience of preparing planning applications in to multiple town and County Council Planning Departments as well as An Bord Pleanála appeals and objections for residential and commercial projects. We can prepare detailed reports, drawings and visualisations to demonstrate the viability of our designs and adherence to Local Area and County Development Plans.
Energy Retrofits
Specialising in the design of ultra low energy buildings we can carry out an energy assessment of an existing building fabric and advise in relation to the potential for extending and/or deep retrofit to residential and commercial buildings including BER upgrades, renewable energy generation and SEAI grant aid.
Passive low energy design
Whether your project is a large new build house, house extension, apartments or commercial building we integrate passive design features to maximise solar gains but also pay great attention to detailing of the building fabric to ensure maximum energy retention.
